“Search the scriptures; for in them you think you have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” John 5:39 We will see Jesus from scriptures “For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publicly, showing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ.” Acts 18:28
JESUS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD
In John chapter 1, we see that the true light come to this world, he was him self light that light Is jesus. This light come to us to our darkness, To the darkened world. “That was the true Light, which lights every man that comes into the world.” John 1:9
Jesus has come to set us free from darkness, because he is light, the light that darkness can not comprehend. “Then spoke Jesus again to them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” John 8:12
Jesus and what he did is not only some thing that happened in history on some moment and some thing that ends in history, actually we have seen many great persons that have great story, and that their story has for told to us, there was many influential people’s who died and whom their deeds are recorded in history and told for generations, but the life of Jesus what he did is more than an influence and some thing that happened in some specific time, because Jesus was there in the past he was from the begining, and he is working now, He will also be the same forever, This is the divine nature, Jesus is alpha and omega, The begining and the end. I want every one of you to know that jesus is more beyond than a historical figure, many has come to this world do many great things among men and died buried and come to an end of their influence and reign but Jesus who came to this earth as fully man and fully God,who is the eternal and who was from begining he died for us not only he died he ressurected on the Third day and ascended to heaven to heaven with glory, no one is not like him Jesus is the same. he is alive and working transforming many life’s. He is door of eternal life that’s why we say Jesus saves, he came for salivation of all man kind,all humanity.
Jesus was working, healing, transforming life’s and Jesus is at work right now he is working, healing, transforming life’s at this moment and he will also be the same in the forever. “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” — Acts 4:12 “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.” — Heb 13:8
I want you to know that Jesus loves you and cares about you, we know that every one has sinned but Jesus has paid on the cross the sin of the world. He is the way the truth and the life.
“Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me.” — John 14:6 God has shown his love for you by sending his son as a sacrifice for your sins.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” — John 3:16 God has provided a way that you can come to him through Jesus, through puting your trust believing him, he cares about you, you are valuable in the eyes of God your soul is eternal, come to Jesus and get eternal life peace and Joy now. God loves you and wants you to experience the peace and life He offers.He has a plan for your life come to Jesus.
Being at peace with God is not automatic. By nature, we are all separated from Him.The Bible says:- “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” — Rom 3:23 God is holy, but we are human and don’t measure up to His perfect standard. We are sinful, and the punishment of sin is death. God’s love bridges the gap of separation between you and Him. When Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose from the grave, He paid the penalty for your sins. The Bible says:-“Who his own self bore our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live to righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed.” — 1Pet 2:24 You cross the bridge into God’s family when you accept Christ’s free gift of salvation. The Bible says, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:” — John 1:12
To receive Christ, as your saviour
1:- Admit you’re a sinner.
2:- Ask forgiveness and be willing to turn away from your sins.
3:- Believe that Christ died for you on the cross.
4:- Receive Christ into your heart and life.
“For whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” — Rom 10:13
Here’s a prayer you can pray to receive Christ:- “Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead. I trust and follow you as my Lord and Savior. Guide my life and help me to do your will. In your name, amen.”
God said about his spirit coming up on men’s and women’s
“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit on all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:” — Joel 2:28
But this prophecy has began it’s fulfillment when apostles receive the baptism of the holy Spirit in acts chapter 2
Acts 2 (AKJV) ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹ And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. ² And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. ³ And there appeared to them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat on each of them. ⁴ And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
When this happen we see the disciples speak in foreign languages and that which become strange for the visitors; some was amazed, some was in doubt, some think that they were drunken but Peter stand and explain to them all that happened, he explained to them that this was the fullfillment of the prophecy
Acts 2 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹⁴ But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said to them, You men of Judaea, and all you that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known to you, and listen to my words: ¹⁵ For these are not drunken, as you suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day. ¹⁶ But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel; ¹⁷ And it shall come to pass in the last days, said God, I will pour out of my Spirit on all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: ¹⁸ And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
Holy Spirit is the promise that Jesus gave to his followers that they shall receive and tell them to wait before ascending to heaven
John 14 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ¹⁵ If you love me, keep my commandments. ¹⁶ And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; ¹⁷ Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it sees him not, neither knows him: but you know him; for he dwells with you, and shall be in you.
“And, behold, I send the promise of my Father on you: but tarry you in the city of Jerusalem, until you be endued with power from on high.” — Luk 24:49
Acts 1 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ⁴ And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, said he, you have heard of me. ⁵ For John truly baptized with water; but you shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence.
So Peter confirmed that the promise of Jesus about Holy Spirit has happened by saying
“Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he has shed forth this, which you now see and hear.” — Acts 2:33
Also Peter answered the questions “what to do to receive the holy spirit or how to receive holy spirit” in Acts chapter 2:38 and “for whom this promise works? Does it work for every one? Is holy spirit is for today? is holy spirit working today? Can I be baptized by holy Spirit? ” in Acts chapter 2:39 Peter gave us the answers that we need.
Acts 2 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ ³⁷ Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said to Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brothers, what shall we do? ³⁸ Then Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
“For the promise is to you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the LORD our God shall call.” — Acts 2:39
So I want to tell you today that the promise of the holy spirit is also for you, if you have received Jesus as your personal Lord and saviour and baptized and been washed by the blood of Jesus and have been forgiven let me tell you this promise “the promise of the holy spirit” is for you wait in prayer and in expectation as disciples until you be baptized with the holy Spirit pray to God saying “God you have promised that the holy Spirit will be poured out in the last days, Jesus has told us to wait until we receive the holy Spirit, so God according to your promises and desire and will as you said in your word luke chapter 11:13
“If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” — Luk 11:13 Fill me with your spirit, baptize me with your fire anointing 🔥🔥🔥🔥 fill me now as I wait up on you fill me up holy Spirit Amen!!

-There is a big reason that make jesus the son of God, to come down to us it is love. God sees that it was un reachable for us to reach to him, he come down to us by his son,to save us from death to give us life, to become the way to get God’s forgivness. sin was the problem the reason what bring separation, this was the barrier (blockage) between God and us, God wants us to know him, his will is all human being come to him and have relation with him, for restoring the relationship with God for forgivness, there must be a sacrifies that must be present, because we can’t do it God make the way, by being both the forgiver and the sacrifies presenter, jesus christ come and be the sacrifies and present as holy and blemless sacrifies before God, God made a way through jesus to reach us, jesus sacrified him self made the way as both the sacrifies and priest between God and us. and he finished it all and he has seated at the right hand of God at the heaven, that any one that come through him may get total forgivness from their sin by the blood of jesus, so they can have restored relationship with God. “Truly, truly, I say to you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death to life.” — John 5:24
